Sunny, the Wood Sprite, approves of the "Making Stone" he and Professor Parniferous Pirkle discovered in a cavern beneath the surface of Desolation Valley in the realm of Hedgerow Hollow.

The Making Stone has the power to create nearly any inanimate or small object that is drawn on its rock surface.

In the first book of Professor Parniferous Pirkle, the Professor accidentally breaks(More like explodes) the first Making Stone. In the second and third book, he and his companion/guardian, Sunny, race against time to replace the stone before dire consequences come about.
