URU Bahro Linking Stone II

Here's a more faithful version of the URU Bahro Linking Stone from the marvelous minds at Cyan Worlds to my work table, and soon, my wall.

I carved the stone from styrofoam and painted it with acrylics to match the in-game version. The journey cloth is also painted to match. According to research and size comparisons to my Explorer Avatar in the game, the Bahro Stone measures approximately 15" X 20" and is 2" thick. Weighs in at under 4 ounces.

I replaced the low res picture with this better one to show off the details on the cloth better.(Luv ya, Jean!) I also changed the linking panel picture to one that links to...another Bahro Linking Stone?!?! Paradox much? XD
I'll be able to easily change it up with other panels in the future.

It is a tremendous joy to bring such "Myst-ifying" wonders into the 3-D world. There never seems be a lack of excitement or palatable thrill when I can hold an item from one of the many Ages of Myst, Riven or URU in my hands.

Will my obsession ever end? I don't think so. Because the journey goes on and the ending has not yet been written.
