Description
Once again, my love of the Myst series of computer games has inspired me to create another bit of decor for my home.
A little over 9" tall by 12" wide, it was converted form a game called Slide 5 along with other found items and painted to look like oxidized copper. I like to think of it as an ancient personal computer. But it's really more of a decorative piece for my Science Fiction/Fantasy collection.
It's use in the world of URU would be as a personal viewer for a D'ni game called Jalak. You turn the dial on the control panel to view different aspects of the game on a holographic screen that appears on the grid. It does not officially exist yet, except in my own imagination.
